Pet-friendly: Up to 2 small hypoallergenic dogs (fees apply; no furniture; cleanup required). Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge plus a $250 ozone cleaning fee. 5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM quiet period to ensure restful nights for all. 6. Furniture Care: Keep furnishings clean, avoid placing wet towels or clothing on them. 7. Keep Doors Closed: Help keep nature outside by ensuring all exterior doors stay shut. 8. Septic-Friendly: Flush toilet paper only. Other items may cause damage and result in a $500 fine. 9. Kitchen Care: Please don’t dispose of food or grease in the sink it can damage the septic system. 10. Makeup Removal: Use the provided wipes instead of white towels. Stained towels incur a $35 replacement fee. 11. Early Check-In: Available (when possible) before standard check-in time. Early check-in fees apply. 12. Before You Leave: Double-bag your trash and place it in the bins at the front of the driveway. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
