Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Welcome to your dream getaway! To make sure everyone enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, please take a moment to review our house guidelines: 1. Registered Guests Only: For safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed. Additional visitors will be charged $100 per person, per night. 2. Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $750 ozone cleaning fee. 3.No Unauthorized Events: Keep the space peaceful—unapproved gatherings may result in $100 per guest fees, a $600 cleaning charge, and possible eviction. 4. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure restful nights for all. 5. Furniture Care: Avoid placing wet towels or clothing on furniture to keep it in top shape. 6. Keep Doors Closed: Help us keep bugs out by closing all exterior doors. 7. Septic Safety: Only flush toilet paper to prevent plumbing issues; fines of $500 may apply otherwise. 8. Kitchen Drain: Please do not pour food waste down the sink to protect the septic system. 9. Towel Use: Makeup remover wipes are provided—please don’t use white towels for makeup removal. Stained towels incur a $35 replacement fee. 10. Early Check-In: Available upon request at $50/hour before standard check-in time, subject to availability. 11. Check-Out Trash: Please double-bag all trash and place it in the bins at the driveway before departure. Thank you for your cooperation!
