Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

To ensure a smooth and delightful stay for all, we kindly ask for a moment of your time to familiarize yourself with our house rules: 1. **Exclusive Guests:** Keep the vibe cozy and secure by limiting occupancy to registered guests only. Any extra guests will incur a charge of $100 per person per night. 2. **Smoke-Free Bliss:** Breathe easy in our fresh, smoke-free environment. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors, with a $750.00 ozone cleaning fee for violators. 3. **Tranquil Retreat:** Embrace the serenity of our space by refraining from hosting unregistered gatherings. Unauthorized events will result in charges of $100 per guest, an extra cleaning fee of $600, and immediate eviction. 4. **Pet-Free Zone:** While we adore pets, severe allergies mean we can't accommodate them, including service animals. Bringing a pet will incur a $500.00 charge and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee. 5. **Nighttime Peace:** Respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am for a restful sleep for all. 6. **Furniture Respect:** Keep our furnishings pristine by avoiding wet towels or clothing on them. 7. **Keep Doors Closed:** Help us keep bugs out by ensuring external doors remain closed. 8. **Septic Sense:** Only flush toilet paper to prevent septic issues. Any other items may result in a $500 fine. 9. **Kitchen Caution:** Avoid disposing of food or waste in the kitchen sink drain to protect our septic system. 10. **Makeup Courtesy:** Makeup remover wipes are provided for your convenience. Avoid using white towels for makeup removal to prevent staining, with a charge of $35.00 per towel for any stains. 11. **Early Check-Ins:** Subject to availability, early check-ins can be arranged at a rate of $50 per hour before the standard check-in time. 12. **Tidy Departure:** Double-bag trash and place it in the bins at the front of the driveway before check-out.
