Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Smoke-Free Haven: Enjoy a fresh, clean environment no smoking or vaping indoors. A $750 ozone cleaning fee applies for violations. 3. No Parties or Events: To preserve our tranquil atmosphere, gatherings with unregistered guests are not permitted. Violations incur $100 per guest, a $600 cleaning fee, and immediate eviction. 4. Pet-Free Property: Due to severe allergies, no pets or service animals are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge plus a $250 ozone cleaning fee. 5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM quiet period to ensure restful nights for all. 6. Furniture Care: Keep furnishings clean, avoid placing wet towels or clothing on them. 7. Keep Doors Closed: Help keep nature outside by ensuring all exterior doors stay shut. 8. Septic-Friendly: Flush toilet paper only. Other items may cause damage and result in a $500 fine. 9. Kitchen Care: Please don’t dispose of food or grease in the sink it can damage the septic system. 10. Makeup Removal: Use the provided wipes instead of white towels. Stained towels incur a $35 replacement fee. 11. Early Check-In: Available (when possible) before standard check-in time. Early check-in fees apply. 12. Before You Leave: Double-bag your trash and place it in the bins at the front of the driveway. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
